Nitrile Glove for Clinic and Diagnostic Procedures

 Nitrile gloves for clinic and diagnostic procedures and tests.

 Hypoallergenic owing to the lack of natural latex protein. Powder-free to mitigate the risk of contact dermatitis. Textured at fingers for improved instruments capture.

 Thickness of one glove wall of not less than 0.1 mm to facilitate high tactile sensitivity. Gloves are made up of a mixture based on natural rubber or nitrile rubber latex, polychloroprene latex, mixture of styrene-butadiene rubber, a styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber-based emulsion or a solution of a thermoplastic elastomer. Treatment of the surface, lubricant, powder or polymeric coating can be used to facilitate donning of the gloves. Used dye should not be toxic. Substance used to treat the surface ought to be biodegradable.

There are 4 types of fittings: textural pattern applied to any portion or the entire surface, smooth surface, powdered surface, powder-less surface. Given specified control level and acceptable quality limit (AQL) gloves should be of the following sizes:

Extra-small (X-S) of ≤80mm-width, length of ≥220mm;

Small (S) of 80±5mm width, length of ≥220mm;

Medium (M) of 85±5/95±5mm-width, length of ≥230mm;

Large (L) of 100±5/110±5mm width, length of ≥230mm;

Extra-large (X-L) of ≥110mm width, length of ≥230mm.

Thickness not less than 0.08 mm - for smooth surface/0.11 - for textured surface.

Thickness in the middle of palm area of not less than 2.00mm - for smooth surface/ 2.03mm - for textured surface.

Glove length is measured as a beeline between the middle finger tip and the cuff edge.

Width is measured on the flat surface via connecting point between thumb and index fingers. Thickness of two intact glove walls is to be measures under ( 22 ±5) kPa pressure (13 ±3) mm away from the middle finger tip, right in the middle of palm.

Thickness of one glove wall, equal to the half the thickness measure of two glove walls should stick to the norm. One wall thickness in every point should be not less than 0.08 mm for smooth surface and 0.11 mm - for textured surface. Force at break before accelerated aging not less than 7.0 N.

Elongation at break before accelerated aging of not less than 650%.Force at break after accelerated aging not less than 6.0-7.0 N. Elongation at break after accelerated aging of not less than 500-400%
